International travels lead me to 24 countries and living/working experiences in Germany & China. Attended The College of NJ for BS & MSEd degrees. Taught at Highstown High School (NJ) and the University of Southern Maine in Gorham (ME) before Graduate School at Purdue University (IN) (PhD in Industrial Education/Management with I/O Psych). Thereafter taught at Oregon State University & Illinois State University. Lived/worked in Beijing, China in 1992 before adopting my wonderful daughter, Emily, in 1994. Founded in 1995 Our Chinese Daughters Foundation and served as Executive Director. Lived/worked in Beijing China for 9 years (from 1998) as a corporate trainer/executive consultant for Fortune 500 firms in addition to owning a WOFE to support OCDF's work in China. Active in the AmCham in China and other professional groups. Formed The Bay Leaf Group of investors from US and China in 2009 in order to return to Maine.
